We all know actors should never make music- just take a look at this.
Luckily for Ryan Gosling, that isnt the case. Gosling teamed up with good friend Zach Shields and the Silverlake Conservatory of Music Children’s Choir to form “Dead Man’s Bones.” Their music sounds like night of the living dead meets arcade fire- moody, gothic, haunting, yet somehow inspiring and original. “Pa Pa Power” definitely has the most crossover potential on the album- but check out other stand outs “My Body Is A Zombie For You” and “In the Room Where You Sleep”- which literally sounds like its straight out of a 50’s horror film. The band isn’t going to change your life but it’s great music for these cold fall days.
